Salam bet may request identity or payment verification documents at any time and particularly before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

Salam bet's sports betting section covers cricket, including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series, as well as football, esports and other sports where markets are available. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.
Bets are accepted only when the bet slip has been confirmed and a unique bet reference has been issued. A bet is not considered placed until you have received this confirmation. Salam bet reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit the maximum stake on any market, or restrict a player's betting activity at its discretion.
Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. In-play (live) betting odds update continuously and the odds at the moment your bet is accepted are final for that bet.
If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, salam bet's standard policy is to void all bets on that event and return stakes to player balances. Specific rules for partially completed events — such as a cricket match interrupted by rain — will be published in the sports rules section of the platform.
If odds are published that are clearly erroneous — for example, grossly mispriced due to a data or input error — salam bet reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Stakes will be returned in such cases.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on salam bet and will result in account suspension, permanent closure and potential forfeiture of funds:
Salam bet cooperates with relevant authorities where required by law. Accounts suspected of fraudulent or criminal activity will be reported and frozen pending investigation. Any funds in such accounts may be withheld indefinitely.
You may request the closure of your salam bet account at any time by contacting support. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Accounts closed at the player's request can be reopened by contacting support, subject to the player confirming they are not self-excluding for responsible gaming reasons.
Salam bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, identity falsification, or any other conduct detrimental to the platform or other players. Where an account is closed due to a terms breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Salam bet will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee to inactive balances. Players who do not wish their account to become dormant should log in periodically.
Salam bet collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.
Your personal information will not be sold to third parties.
